Cream-light stilletoes
Craving star-light.
Click-clacking stiff steps
Licking cold cobbles,
Sparking stone cracks.
Periodic beats
Puncturing balloons,
Bursting pulses.
Brittle prongs bang and
Pop, piercing crisp time:
Bouts, spells, spots, spans.
Seconds sticking like
Stifled stutterers
Crying, trying.
